TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is REV PILATES PTY LTD (“REV Pilates”), located at Shop 6, 3–5 Town Centre Circuit, Salamander Bay NSW 2317.
2. Promotion Period
The REV Pilates Bestie Giveaway opens on 8 September 2026 and closes at 6:00pm AEST on Monday 14 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Port Stephens locals aged 18 years or over.
All winners must be able to attend REV Pilates in Salamander Bay NSW to redeem their prize.
Persons involved in conducting or determining the promotion and persons involved in the management of REV Pilates are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the promotion, entrants must:
• Follow @revpilates_ on Instagram
• Comment on the designated giveaway post and tag one friend
Each comment tagging a different friend constitutes one entry.
Entrants may enter multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments.
Tagging the same person multiple times will not provide additional entries.
The entrant must be following @revpilates_ at the time the winner is verified.
No purchase is required to enter.
5. Solo Entries
Entrants who do not wish to tag a friend may enter individually by commenting a 💙 on the giveaway post.
A solo entry constitutes one entry into the promotion.
Only one solo 💙 entry per person will be counted.
If a solo entry is selected as the winning entry, that entrant will receive one 3 month unlimited REV Pilates membership. A second membership will not be awarded in connection with a solo entry.
6. Instagram Story Bonus Entries

Entrants will receive one (1) entry for each unique friend they tag in the comments of the designated giveaway post during the Promotion Period.

Entrants may increase their entries by sharing the designated giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @revpilates_.
Where an Entrant completes this Story-sharing requirement, each unique friend tagged in the giveaway post will count as five (5) entries.

For example, tagging three (3) unique friends without sharing the giveaway post to an Instagram Story will result in three (3) entries. Tagging three (3) unique friends and sharing the giveaway post to an Instagram Story while tagging @revpilates_ will result in fifteen (15) entries.

There is no limit to the number of unique friends an Entrant may tag during the Promotion Period.
Each friend may only be tagged once by an Entrant and duplicate tags of the same person will not result in additional entries.
Story shares must be capable of being verified by REV Pilates.
If an entrant has a private Instagram account and REV Pilates cannot verify the Story share, the entrant may be asked to provide evidence of the share before the promotion closes.
7. Prize
For an entry containing a tagged friend, the prize consists of:
• One 3 month unlimited REV Pilates membership for the entrant
• One 3 month unlimited REV Pilates membership for the friend tagged in the selected winning comment
Each membership is valued at approximately AUD $767, based on REV Pilates' 6 month unlimited membership rate of $59 per week.
The maximum total prize value is approximately AUD $1,534.
If a solo 💙 entry is selected, the prize consists of one 3 month unlimited REV Pilates membership, valued at approximately AUD $767.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Prize memberships are for the named winners only.
8. Membership Conditions
Prize memberships will commence on the official studio opening day and continue for three consecutive months. The winner will be notified of the opening date by Instagram DM.
Prize memberships are subject to REV Pilates' standard studio, booking, cancellation, late cancellation and no show policies.
Any applicable late cancellation or no show charges incurred by a winner are not included in the prize and remain the responsibility of the winner.
9. Winner Selection
The promotion closes at 6:00pm AEST on Monday 14 September 2026.
The draw will take place at approximately 7:00pm AEST on Monday 14 September 2026.
Eligible entries, including applicable Story bonus entries, will be entered into the draw and the winning entry will be selected at random using an independent random draw platform.
If the selected entry contains a tagged friend, the entrant and the friend specifically tagged in that winning comment will be the provisional winning pair.
If the selected entry is a solo 💙 entry, only the entrant will be the provisional winner.
REV Pilates will verify that the selected entry satisfies these Terms & Conditions before awarding the prize.
If a selected entry is found to be invalid or the winner is ineligible, REV Pilates may conduct a redraw.
10. Winner Notification
The winner or winning pair will be contacted by REV Pilates via Instagram direct message and may be announced through the official @revpilates Instagram account.
The winner or winners must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, REV Pilates may conduct a redraw.
REV Pilates will never request payment or banking details in order for a winner to claim their prize.
11. Verification
REV Pilates reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants and tagged friends.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicate or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded from the promotion.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants acknowledge that the promotion is administered by REV Pilates and release Instagram and Meta from responsibility associated with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used by REV Pilates for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and awarding prizes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and REV Pilates' Privacy Policy.
14. General
REV Pilates reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned.
